Welcome to PT. Bali Snap Trip. Before using our services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Our Services
    • PT. Bali Snap Trip provides travel services that include thematic tour packages, photography guides, educational and cultural tours, as well as consultation and personalized travel planning in Bali.
    • All our tour packages are designed to offer a unique and in-depth experience, focusing on exploring hidden places, unique cultural rituals, interactions with nature, and journeys tailored to the preferences of our customers.
    • We also offer professional photography services during the trip to help tourists capture the best moments while traveling in Bali.
  2. Booking and Payment
    • Bookings can be made through our online booking system, directly at our office, or through partner travel agencies such as Viator, GetYourGuide, and other third-party platforms.
    • Payment and policies related to bookings made through third parties will be adjusted according to the terms and conditions that apply on the respective third-party platforms. Customers are encouraged to read and understand the booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies applicable to the third-party platform before making a reservation.
    • For direct bookings through PT. Bali Snap Trip, payment can be made through various methods provided, including credit card, bank transfer, or other digital payments. All payments must be completed before the tour departure date.
  3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations requested by customers must be made at least 2 days before the tour departure date to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the tour departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Schedule changes can only be made up to 2 days before the scheduled departure date. Requests for schedule changes made less than 2 days before the departure date will not be accommodated.
    • PT. Bali Snap Trip reserves the right to cancel tours due to certain reasons such as bad weather, emergencies, or other situations beyond the company's control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
  4. Customer Responsibilities
    • Customers are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided during booking.
    • Customers are required to submit personal documents as requested in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Customers must also comply with all applicable laws in Indonesia while using the services of PT. Bali Snap Trip.
    • Any legal violations committed by customers are their personal responsibility. PT. Bali Snap Trip is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from customers negligence or violation of the law.
    • Customers are expected to comply with all rules and regulations that apply during the tour, including safety guidelines and local ethics provided by the tour guide.
    • PT. Bali Snap Trip is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings that occur during the tour due to customers negligence or non-compliance with safety guidelines.
  5. Company Cancellation Policy
    • PT. Bali Snap Trip reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours if unexpected conditions occur, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or other situations that may endanger the safety of tour participants.
    • In the event of a cancellation by the company, customers will be notified as soon as possible and will be given the option for a full refund or rescheduling the tour to another date.
  6. Use of Photography and Media Materials
    • During the tour, the BaliSnap Trip team or our photographers may take photos or videos that may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. By using our services, customers agree to allow the use of these materials.
    • If customers do not wish their photos or videos to be used for such purposes, please inform our team in advance before the tour begins.
  7. Privacy Policy
    • PT. Bali Snap Trip respects customers privacy and is committed to protecting customers personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
    • The personal data collected will only be used for booking purposes, customer service, and promotional activities related to BaliSnap Trip's services.
  8. Legal Responsibility
    • PT. Bali Snap Trip is not responsible for any loss, injury, or accident that occurs during the tour caused by customers actions that violate safety rules or local ethics.
    • Any disputes arising from or related to our services will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia.
  9. Changes to Terms of Service
    • PT. Bali Snap Trip reserves the right to change or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to periodically review these terms to be aware of any changes.
    • Use of the services after changes to the Terms of Service implies acceptance of those changes.
